Grus Apartments is a member of the Biosphere Sustainable Tourism program. All our management processes are aimed at minimizing the environmental impact of our tourist activity. We use solar energy to generate electricity and aerothermal energy to supply hot water (in 2019 we installed storage batteries to achieve the maximum degree of energy efficiency). Our wish is that your stay with us be as ecological and sustainable as that of a flower in the field.We have 4 studios and 4 apartments, some of them built in wood in order to offer you an atmosphere of incomparable comfort and warmth, combined with modern and elegant decoration. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay (initial pack with oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, as well as cleaning supplies for the kitchen, toilet paper, bathroom soap, kitchenware and small appliances, towels, bedding, parasol , beach bag, smart tv, wifi, washer-dryer and iron at your disposal and most importantly, all the Grus Apartments staff at your disposal. The apartments and studios have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people (with the exception of Cabotatge apartment, with double bed only) and some have two bedrooms. They have views of the sea and the square with a children's playground. Some have a terrace with spectacular views. We have an apartment on the ground floor fully adapted for the disabled. All of them have direct access (no need to cross any street) to the beach, to the train station, to the car park, also adapted for the disabled, and to the Marina, with a magnificent range of restaurants. The beach is just 100m away and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. Barcelona center (Plaça Catalunya) is only 18km away and the train journey is about 25 minutes and to El Prat Airport, about 50 minutes. We are strategically located so that you can easily attend the Montmeló and Moto GP Formula 1 Circuit, the La Poma de Premia de Dalt Bike Park, a recreational park where you can practice mountain bike, bmx, bike trial, skate, scooter, snake and rollers for all levels, to the water park of Isla Fantasia de Premia de Mar. Access to the MAR, AIRE, CAPITANIA, CABOTATGE AND MEDITERRANI apartments is on the street behind the building, Sant Francesc de Assis 49.Access to the ORIENT, OCCIDENT and TERRA apartments is through the same street as the main entrance.
